20-25 Minutes
In 20-25 mins. we condense the physical exertion that long ago would have occurred in one day. With our knowledge, education and experience we deliver proven techniques that mimic the benefits of using our bodies as we did in the past. In the course of a day’s work we used to pull, push, squat, jump, carry, throw, run and cover long distances. Over a week, humans of a by-gone era would normally and naturally create and use fully functional fitness. With GPP Synerfitness we create that same fitness taking in to account the social and time constraints of your current lifestyle.

Stop worrying about traveling to the gym, deciding what you will do and how long it will take. Commit to the Workout of the Day and you can achieve incredible fitness in your living room, office, away on a trip or anywhere else!
Fitness+Rewind
Many of those who are pursuing health and fitness today have lost what it means to exercise and why we must participate in daily exercise. Instead of being something you participate in for health and all that goes with it, somehow exercising became about how we look and how others look at us. This has sparked a myriad of fitness techniques that don’t make sense.
Take bodybuilding for example. Bodybuilding is completely and exclusively about growing muscles for aesthetic purposes. It has nearly no functional intention or purpose outside of the bodybuilding lifestyle. Ever see a bodybuilder run, bike or swim long distances? They won’t. True body builders willingly forego the benefits of other aspects of health in order to continue to grow big muscles. We call this, “One Dimensional Fitness. There are many other types of One Dimensional Fitness programs out there. Distance running, Yoga, Pilates, Olympic lifting, circuit training, cycling are included among these.
We realize that the fitness we build has purpose and needs to be balanced over all aspects of fitness in order to serve you fully. It is through this that you will be more able to live life and serve others, primarily those you are closest to.
Although supremely effective you should understand; our method is not for the faint of heart or the weak minded. A fully functional and healthy body requires much in terms of effort on your part. This has always been so. We challenge you to embrace this. Those who commit will receive health, fitness and all of its intended positive side effects in ways they never have imagined.
