What time is the Workout of the Day posted?

The Workout of the day is posted at 1:00 a.m. (MST) every day excluding Sunday. We suggest that you use your off day to go out and use the fitness you are building! Swim, bike, climb, hike, ski, play basketball, whatever!  You earned it, now go use it.

What equipment do I need?
